Virginia Academy center Ejike Obinna was dominant inside, finishing with 14 points (7-10 FG) and 15 rebounds in the win

Virginia Academy led by center Ejike Obinna's 14 points and 15 rebounds holds on to defeat Prominence Academy 49-43. Prominence started out hot, thanks to timely shooting from guards Jahlil Rawley (18 points) and BJ Williams (8 points) to lead 14-9 after one. From then on, Virginia Academy would dominate inside on both ends to walk away victorious. Point guard Jahlil Jenkins finished with a game high 20 points on 6 of 11 shooting from the field and 4 for 4 from 3-point range.
