Bruce Massey's clutch floater stuns J&R's Mob as Core captures the 2016 P.I.T.S League C

Core celebrates after winning the P.I.T.S League Championship

In a heavyweight battle that went down to the wire, Core led by MVP Bruce Massey (15 points) knocked down a clutch runner with 2 seconds left to defeat J&R's Mob 75-74, capturing the 2016 P.I.T.S League Championship. Zaid Hearst led Core with 20 points while guards Dele Ojo and Hugh" Baby Shaq" Jones both added 15 points each. J&R's Mob guard Maurice Creek finished with a game high 26 points in the loss.
