Mystics Set to Open Training Camp

The Washington Mystics will begin the 2018 campaign Monday, April 30th. Players that won't be in camp due to international duties are Krystal Thomas, Kristi Toliver, and Asia Taylor. Free agent and D.C. native Monique Currie is expected to be in attendance, along with this year's draft picks. If you notice Emma Meesseman's name omitted from this year's roster, it's because she won't be playing with in the WNBA this season (yes she's still a member of the Mystics) due to international commitments. That's one of the many reasons this preseason will be interesting is to see how Coach Thibault plans on putting this roster together knowing they're missing a quality piece.
