Colonials Second Half Shooting Woes Impossible to Overcome In Loss To St Louis


George Washington's Max Edwards soars in for two of his career high 24 points.

A nine minute scoring drought from George Washington, combined with the efficient scoring from St Louis guards Javonte Perkins and Javon Pickett, is too much to overcome for the Colonials as they fall to St Louis 81-74.


GW R-freshman guard Max Edwards posted a career high 24 points and 5 rebounds on 9-16 shooting from the field, Brendan Adams, in a strong all around performance, added 19 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals and 1 block.

Javonte Perkins led St Louis with a game high 27 points and 6 rebounds while guard Javon Pickett added 24 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds.
