Cardell Dudley Jr. is a basketball media executive, scout, player development coach, and former collegiate athlete whose experience spans media, talent evaluation, and on-court development across the NBA, WNBA, college, and grassroots basketball landscapes. As CEO of Finest Magazine and co-host of The Focus TV, Dudley has established himself as a respected voice in the DMV basketball community while serving as a DMV Regional Scout for the Jim Couch National Training Showcase and a participant in the prestigious NBA Future Basketball Operations Stars (FBOS) Program. A former player at Allegany College of Maryland, the College of Southern Maryland, and Frostburg State University, Dudley combines firsthand playing experience with years of scouting, coaching, and player development work that has helped identify and promote professional-caliber talent competing at the NBA, international, and collegiate levels.
