The Washington Wizards continued adding developmental talent to their organization by signing former Auburn and Mississippi State forward KeShawn Murphy to an Exhibit 10 contract following the 2026 NBA Draft.
The 6-foot-10, 230-pound forward enjoyed a productive final season at Auburn, averaging 10.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 steal, and 1.0 block per game while shooting an efficient 56 percent from the field, 31 percent from three-point range, and 73 percent from the free-throw line.
Murphy enters the professional ranks as one of the more intriguing developmental frontcourt prospects available after the draft. With a 7-foot wingspan, athleticism, skill, and versatility, he possesses several traits that fit the modern NBA game and could make him a candidate to follow a developmental path similar to that of Justin Champagnie within the Wizards organization.
