    PG is all smiles after capturing the 2017 Maryland Juco Championship in dramatic fashion After knocking off top see Harford in the semi's PGCC (19-8/9-5) had to quickly regroup to take on a dangerous Baltimore City (18-10/10-4) team . The Owls came ready to play, the problem was the Panthers came ready too,and what followed was a flat out war between the two teams.
