50th Capital Classic Recap + Standouts

Pennsylvania signee Tyler Perkins (Landon ) takes home MVP honors for the Capital All Stars after posting a game high 23 points in a victory.

The 50th Annual Capital Classic was held at the Entertainment and Sports Arena, the home of the Washington Mystics and Capital City Go-Go as well as the practice facility for the Washington Wizards. The United States fielded a talented team with the likes of Mikey Williams (Memphis), Javonte "JJ" Taylor (Memphis) and KJ Lewis (Arizona), while the Capital All Stars brought some of the brightest prep players from the DMV. Notable players like Mount St Joseph's Amani Hansberry (Illinois), St Frances guard Jahnathan Lamothe (Maryland) and fellow St Frances standout Carlton Carrington (Pittsburgh).
