George Washington's backcourt shines as the Colonials knock off the Flyers 76-69

George Washington's perimeter attack and suffocating defense proved to be too much as the Colonials lead wire to wire to knock off the Flyers 76-69, improving to 10-9 overall and 4-2 in A-10 play. A-10 player of the year candidate James Bishop led the way with a game high 27 points, 7 assists and 4 rebounds for George Washington. Backcourt mate Brendan Adams added 18 points, 8 rebounds while Max Edwards contributed 15 points and 6 rebounds.


Toumani Camara paced Dayton with 16 points and 8 rebounds while DaRon Holmes II added 14 points and 10 rebounds.
