Keep an eye on:

Washington's Backcourt: tonight. Brad Beal and Spencer Dinwiddie have THRIVED when they have faced Boston this season. Beal is averaging 26.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 4 assists, while, Dinwiddie is right behind Beal, averaging 21 points, 6 rebounds and 3.5 assists in two games against Boston this season. Simply put, they have gotten whatever they wanted offensively. If they bring it on the defensive end and limit turnovers (Beal is coming off a nine turnover performance in Washington's loss to Toronto), they will have Washington in good shape to pull out a win this afternoon.

Jayson Tatum/ Jaylen Brown: Boston's young but LETHAL wing duo is averaging nearly 50 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists between them....no brainer. Everything Boston does offensively runs through them. In their last game here at Washington this season, Boston nearly pulled out a double overtime thriller with Brown scoring 34 points and Tatum adding 27 points and 15 rebounds. If they aren't contained well enough, it'll be a long night for the Wizards.

Boston Inside Tandem: of Rob Williams and Al Horford are stout defensively and most especially at rim protection. Williams come in averaging 2.1 blocks per game while Horford is swatting 1.4 shots per game in his own right. They're a big reason why Boston is currently second in the NBA in blocks per game, averaging nearly six per game. Washington can't shy away from them inside, however, they can't throw up lazy attempts either or Boston will have a field day running the other way on Washington with Williams and Horford patrolling the paint.
