Keep An Eye On:

Washington's Defense: first and foremost. They rank 29th in the NBA in points allowed per game (124.8) and defensive rating (120.6). Kyle Kuzma after Wednesdays loss said it best, " We can't guard a stop sign. That's what it kind of boils down to. We let anybody get whatever they want on us. So, until we change that, then that's probably going to be the result."

Enough said!!!

Point Forward Kuz: has been a positive for Washington. It has created more of a flow for the Wizards and created match-up issues for the opposition. It also forces Kuz to be more disciplined with his decision making due to the added responsibility. Over the last seven games, Kuzma is averaging 7.7 assists per game, including 6 assists in Wednesdays loss to the Magic. Cutting down turnovers is the only negative right now when Kuz is playing point forward, and if he is successful doing so, it'll take his individual game and the Wizards as a whole to another level offensively.

Cole Anthony: has been on a TERROR as of late. One of the leading candidates for Sixth Man of the Year, Anthony is currently averaging 15.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.8 assists on 44.1 percent shooting from the field, 37.5 percent from three point range and 84.3 percent from the line at just under 26 minutes per contest. In Wednesdays loss against the Magic, Anthony had his way, torching Washington for 25 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocks on 9-16 shooting from the field, 3-5 from deep and 4-5 from the charity stripe. If Washington is to have ANY chance at beating Orlando, slowing down Anthony will be a good start.
