GW sophomore guard Joe Bamisile scored a game high 25 points on 10-18 shooting from the field, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished out 3 assists while freshman point guard Brayon Freeman added 17 points and 5 assists on 5-9 from deep for the Colonials but it wasn't enough as GW fell to Dayton 83-58.

Toumani Camara led Dayton with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 2 blocks, freshman point guard Malachi Smith added 13 points, 6 assists, 6 rebounds and 3 steals and DaRon Holmes II and Elijah Weaver both contributed 12 points respectively.
